The Spring-Ford Area Historical Society's museum will be the first stop on the Royersford Woman's Club Holiday House Tour on Sunday, December 8. The tour will operate from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
Participants are invited to "take a walk through the history of Royersford." The tour will be comprised of ten historic properties, and will include the oldest home in the borough, the Historical Society's Lewin Farmhouse and Fetterolf Gallery, and a Royersford business. All stops on the tour will feature unique holiday décor and one home is being decorated by "Lilac and Lace," a design coordinating service in Collegeville.
All ticket holders will be entered into a drawing for prizes donated by local businesses. Businesses will also be providing tour participants with discount coupons. Tickets are $25 each. Tickets can be purchased at the Royersford Public Library, 200 S. Fourth Avenue, or by calling Sue Smith at 610-948-0538. (Tickets can also be purchased on the day of the event at the Spring-Ford Area Historical Society, 526 Main Street.)
